Jewelry for the refined Lady
Author: admin
I’m tryin’……to get the hang of soldering, because I feel like I have more control over my jewelry designs, especially for the latest necklace… I have these beautiful, yummy pear-shaped briolettes of deep pink tourmaline (the October birthstone, right?) dangling below glamourous 14K goldfilled beads. All briolettes are handwrought and interspersed with chains. I soldered each link, then I hammered it for added texture and this time I didn’t add a pendant to the necklace. Well, this has been a great learning experience all around:). Next, I need to learn how to use Photoshop so I can bring up the best in my pictures, but that is a matter of practice, or I will just have to ask in the forums.
Well, I’m off now for the Christmas vacation and I’m hoping to have time now to make some original pieces. MERRY XMASS TO EVERYBODY!

This IS A NATURAL GREY JASPER WITH BLACK STRIPES (not zebra jasper, but it is also called “picasso jasper” or “black water jasper”) gemstone necklace all wire wrapped in sterling silver. The gem beads measure approx 13 mm Width x 18mm in Length and they are approx 5 mm thick.
Total length of the necklace ( INCLUDING THE EXTENDER) = 25 inches (approx 63,5 cm) and it can be shortned to 22.5 inches (approx 57 cm).
If you prefer this necklace shorter, please email me and I can shorten it at no additional costs. I can oxidize the silver as well.
This necklace comes with a pair of matching earrings (French hooks). Total length = 1 3/4 inch (approx 4,5 cm).
